Limited liability company “Inter-Branch Scientific-Publishing and Education Centre” (ISPEC Ltd) was established in 2009. Founders: Doctor of Law, Professor Eugeniius Grigonis and Doctor of Law, Candidate of Economics, Professor Vaycheslav Chibinev.

Main area of activity: publishing.

ISPEC Ltd is publishing federal scientific-theoretical journals “World of economics and law” (“Mir economiki I prava”) and “World of jurisprudence” (“Mir juridicheskoy nauki”) from the moment of its establishing. “Mir juridicheskoy nauki” was included into the List of the leading reviewed scientific journals and publications where main scientific results of dissertations for academic degree of Doctor and Candidate of science should be published. Issuing of “Mir economiki I prava” is paused.
